I recently had the pleasure of using Sterling Ford Mobile Service for my F-150 Lightning, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the exceptional service I received. From start working with Joe Kidd to finish Service for my F-150 Lightning, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the exceptional service I received. From start working with Joe Kidd to finish with Rusty the experience was seamless and exceeded all my expectations. The Rusty arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was incredibly professional and courteous. He took the time to explain the service process in detail and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. It was clear that Rusty was highly knowledgeable about the F-150 Lightning and its unique features. What stood out the most was the convenience of the mobile service. I didn’t have to worry about taking time off work or arranging transportation to and from the dealership. Rusty performed all the necessary maintenance and repairs right in my driveway, which saved me a lot of time and hassle. The quality of the work was top-notch. My F-150 Lightning is running smoothly, and I feel confident that it received the best possible care. Rusty also provided some helpful tips for maintaining my vehicle in the future, which I really appreciated. Was told by insurance co to go to this dealership well I called a few times over the next 7 days to beg service dept to call me as I needed my car looked at and repaired well needless to say never to get a called a few times over the next 7 days to beg service dept to call me as I needed my car looked at and repaired well needless to say never to get a call back drove my car there as they sat there doing nothing much and told them they were a crappy dealership I took my call to Moores on US1 they were great took my car right in did the repairs needed. I hope Ford puts in a better dealership then this one “STARLING IS THE WORST EVER “. Don’t go there go any where but there. Called insurance co here in town and there cooperate to tell them do not refer anymore car issues to Starling ford because people will never get issues fixed . More
