I had an intermittent Air Conditioning problem, so it was a challenge from the start. They found refrigerant to be a little low and did all normal service, charging to proper level. I felt they should have a challenge from the start. They found refrigerant to be a little low and did all normal service, charging to proper level. I felt they should have included a dye when the chargedit, to make finding any potential leaks a bit easier. They said I wouldn't be charged if it happened again and they needed to add dye. Could have saved a step here, in my opinion. Overall the service was very good and I am satisfied. Always have good service here, which is why I don't go to my closest Ford dealer and come here instead. More
