A few months ago, my car was making a loud noise starting at 40mph. I called to see if I could bring my car in for servicing and was told that service did not have an opening for over a week. I was very di at 40mph. I called to see if I could bring my car in for servicing and was told that service did not have an opening for over a week. I was very disappointed that they could not “squeeze” in my car. This is why I would not recommend a service group that couldn’t make time for my car when it really needed immediate service. I found and used an independent mechanic. This recent service was for routine service covered under that service contract that I bought. More

Only item holding back 5th star is dealership where purchased advertised a corporate promotion of Hyuandai USA covering oils changes a professional. Only item holding back 5th star is dealership where purchased advertised a corporate promotion of Hyuandai USA covering oils changes and tire rotations for 3 years 36 months. Star did not honor this promotion. More
