Alert to other clients My review about this store is for sure 0, I big round zero. And I would like yo alert other clients thinking about purchasing a car here and didn’t have any basic idea about mechanics sure 0, I big round zero. And I would like yo alert other clients thinking about purchasing a car here and didn’t have any basic idea about mechanics. I bought I used Jeep here in the end of March, thinking was I good deal, and its being a nightmare. First the service about details wasn’t the best one. But finally I ready all and thought got all the information I needed. But soon I took my car, start give a beep saying I suppose to check the tire pressure. I contacted the seller guy, who told me to take the car there to check the problem. I took the car there and they couldn’t find what was wrong and told me to take the car in the Jeep service and use the warranty i just bought with the car. So soon I could I took the car at Jeep services, that after 3 hours told me the car didn’t have the tires sensor. I took back the car to the store where I bought and explained the situation. So they try find again the problem and couldn’t. So they dropped my car at the the Jeep service close by them . After couple days they told me, Jeep told a transmission that detectes the tires pressure was broken, and would cost almost 1k and they would pay just half. Since my warranty would not cover. Half??? They told I bought the car as it is. No I didn’t! Nobody informed me something was broken and I chose to buy broken anyways. They new something was broken since had that beep all the time, and tried to sell to someone didn’t understand nothing about mechanics. And so in the end because I was insisting that was their responsibility, they decided offer to pay half that wS 100% their responsibility. So if you are thinking in buy a car, look for a trustworthy place that will treat te you either the respect and honesty that you deserve. Don’t make the same mistake I did. We don’t suppose to have to fight to be able to have a good service, honest and respect. Sincerely, Erica Vitor More

The best and easiest car buying experience we've had since buying cars from Boardwalk VW. This makes total sense as we discovered that Lewisville Volkswagen is owned by Boardwalk Auto Group. Ivan was since buying cars from Boardwalk VW. This makes total sense as we discovered that Lewisville Volkswagen is owned by Boardwalk Auto Group. Ivan was amazing to work with and John finished up the deal with some add-ons that were great. We've been VW people forever and now have a new dealership in which we will be using for all our VW needs, including service. This was a completely different experience than the last time I purchased a VW from a dealership in which we will not name. (let's just say it resides where Boardwalk VW used to be). More
