For recall repair, made appointment a week before and drove to the site, but was told there is no parts. Disappointed because I was taking a day off for the repair. However, dealer did a good job by qu drove to the site, but was told there is no parts. Disappointed because I was taking a day off for the repair. However, dealer did a good job by quickly ordering the parts and performing the repair a week later. I gave 4 stars for the 2nd time. More
