Isabel did an amazing job both times that she’s helped us. My husband bought a new truck with her in February. When my car kicked the bucket this month she helped us compare new cars when we were starting to look. Then when we decided that it would be out of our price range, she helped us to find a used car. I worked with Isabel and her sales manager for less than a week to find the car that is perfect for me. Isabel stayed in touch with me for the few days I had to wait to pick up the car and let me know when a week to find the car that is perfect for me. She did everything she could for me so when I went to pick up the car all I had to do was drive and sign the sales agreement. The last time I bought a car the sale took all day. Isabel, Brett and the sales manager made this buying experience the best I have ever had at a dealership. Brett was amazing with getting me a loan at the payments I wanted. Dealership typically has good quality used cars. Don’t expect to negotiate price. 2nd car I’ve bought and just trying to negotiate to a fair market price with the sales manager is impossible. We appreciated the care that was taken to make sure our car was in tiptop shape before releasing it to us to purchase. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our car also came with a limited warranty, since we had never had that experience purchasing used cars in the past. Our interactions with Isabel were enjoyable and low key. She was pleasant and friendly, seemed to enjoy her job, and we felt like she really cared about us and did her best to make our experience the best it could be! She was great about communicating with us, keeping us updated about what was happening with the car when it was in the shop and arranging for us to come pick it up. This was our first time doing business with Pappas, and if we’re ever in the market for a Toyota again, they will be our first stop - and we’ll ask for Isabel!! Oh, and we are LOVING our gently used 2014 Toyota Venza! More
