Completely Satisfied! Wow! Where do I start? I will start at the beginning. My Subaru was hit and totaled on the same day that I found mechanical problems with my Ford F Wow! Where do I start? I will start at the beginning. My Subaru was hit and totaled on the same day that I found mechanical problems with my Ford F-150. I brought the F-150 into Dahl for the repairs because the service is always fantastic and they will pick me up and drop me off so that I don't need to arrange a ride. I had a rental and accidentally left the key in the F-150 at the service center... After calling the Service Center, there was a ring on my doorbell... it was my rental key being dropped off by the same Dahl employee who had dropped me off at home 20 minutes earlier! :) I decided to check out the Dahl inventory to replace my Subaru and worked with Elias - who was absolutely amazing! I went into the car buying process with an idea in mind on what I thought I wanted (Honda, Subaru, or Toyota crossover), but Elias really listened to what I was saying and zeroed in on my list. He asked me to set aside my preconceptions and showed me a Taurus.... which was absolutely everything I wanted but didn't know that I wanted. I had been focusing on all of the lack of bells and whistles on previous cars, but this thing was fully loaded and that is exactly what I was looking for! I hadn't communicated it but Elias was paying attention. It also is quiet, has an amazing stereo, is a gorgeous red, V6, is heavier, roomy.... it's just PERFECT! Elias also figured out that I wanted a good deal and that is exactly what I got! The Taurus was a good price to begin with but after negotiating, Dahl gave us a deal that we absolutely could not refuse - Honestly, it was impossible and we would have been stupid to not take it. I ended up trading in the F-150 instead of having it repaired and also received an amazing deal on my trade in. I HATE buying cars but it's actually hard to express how fantastic this process was at Dahl Ford. Flat out - I will not go anywhere else. More

Last Minute Battery Installation My 12 volt battery died in my 2014 Ford Focus Electric and I pulled in to Dahl about 15 minutes before closing time. They removed the old battery, in My 12 volt battery died in my 2014 Ford Focus Electric and I pulled in to Dahl about 15 minutes before closing time.
