Good service; outstanding personnel! Dealer personnel are knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. In fact they are very customer oriented. Perfect customer service Ian listened to my concerns and answered any questions I had. I left my vehicle there to be looked at and by the middle of the afternoon he called to Ian listened to my concerns and answered any questions I had. I left my vehicle there to be looked at and by the middle of the afternoon he called to let me know what they had found and things were being taken care of. My vehicle was done when they said it would be and I was back on the road! I've never had any issues with Dahl and I would recommend them to anybody! Great Sales and Body Shop, but the Service Department lacks Great purchase experiance and had issue that the body shop fixed immediately. The service department is where I had had issues. Seems to be lack of knowledge and care when it comes to on going safety issues with the vehicle that was bought brand new. Since they can't find reasons or anything they dismiss it and say it is fine. Because of this I wont even consider buying from them again, i don't care how good of a deal it is or how much they give me for a trade. I wish we had never bought from them in the first place. More
