Service was very timely and the driver that took me to work was very friendly! Trans and engine oil change and extended warranty. We received fast and friendly service when we were in for an oil change for both our engine and transmission. We also have the transmission flushed. And because we were at 36,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty, we proceeded with an extended warranty taking us to about 100,000 miles for five years total. More

Super Dealer, Super Service, Super Peaple Having had dealings with other car dealerships, I found that Dahl Ford is the best around for service, sales and the people you deal with. The people are great to deal with and don't pressure you but tell it straight. The service crew are the best and know what they are talking about. Super Dealer, Super Service I have had many vehicles and thought the service was good, but nothing they did could compare to Dahl Ford. However, when looking for a vehicle I wish the sales representative would have took my must haves more seriously. I feel for pretty and got all of my WANT items, but missed a key NEED item. The waiting room is ok with coffee available and plenty of T.V. channels, but needs more magazines and children's toys. The only toys there were torn up and missing key pieces. I bought a 5 year old vehicle, pre-certified and have been in several times with in 6 months. I was in the first time within a month and half the items were fixed with $100 deductible. They provided a rental car without hassle and have flexible pick up times. Staff are friendly and very nice to work with. The second item was a module they tried to resent and I had to take it back in when that didn't work. They replaced it stating it was covered by warranty. I do wish they would have told me it had an extended warranty due to this module being a recall item. Make sure they go over fixed items with you to ensure they are fully working before leaving or you may end up back again. But they were again flexible and willing to fix the small issue. More

Service kept us informed during the service performed. What excites me most about Dahl is the co-operation of ALL the employees. Ask a question to any of them and if they cannot answer with a solution, they immediately get you to the person that can resolve. I have seen that they will drop whatever they are doing to make sure you are taken care of. More

Great, credible service. We have a 2000 Ford Explorer that recently needed work on the back suspension and breaks. We used to go to the dealership we bought the SUV from but We have a 2000 Ford Explorer that recently needed work on the back suspension and breaks. We used to go to the dealership we bought the SUV from but changed to Dahl after several visits where I felt we were treated less than 100% credibly. We've been at Dahl for several years now and,. even though the Explorer is not under any warranty, I won't go anywhere else. This is because of Dan, April, Ian and Matt who work in the Service department. They are all great at customer service and very knowledgeable about car repairs. This last visit, I was even introduced to the mechanic who did the work on my vehicle. I think it helps both me as a customer and the mechanic to meet eye to eye, so I appreciated this, Other places might costs less but the lowest price does not mean it's the best price. Go where you have good service and the problems GET FIXED the first time!!! Go to Dahl Ford in Davenport Iowa. More

Made it happen, plus. I went into Dahl Ford with a rough plan to trade in my van for another van, but was pretty sure they could not get me financing. By the time I left, I went into Dahl Ford with a rough plan to trade in my van for another van, but was pretty sure they could not get me financing. By the time I left, I had re-assed my vehicle needs and what was practical, and not only did Dahl Ford exceed my expectations, I left with a new car and a new financial plan that jumped me several years ahead in my long term goals.
