Ian was infinitely patient with me, and gave me the time to test drive all the vehicles I needed to. I appreciated that he rode along for a first test drive to talk me through features and then encouraged me to take it out on my own. Unlike other car sellers I visited that week, I never felt pressured or trapped, or ignored, and I walked out with a car I’m very happy with. Ian really went above and beyond to be sure I could close the deal that day, which was a great relief. And- the dealership is the only place that offered me the KBB trade-in value on my old car.
