I needed to have my car service AND i told them that my car engine check light came on. They serviced my car but they didn’t check what was wrong with my engine and why the light came on… so ultimately the car engine check light came on. first, They did not give me the correct address for the service department. Second, they didn't give me any estimated time to finish the service. I have to wait for 5 hours. The one issue I had was that in changing the fuse they had to disconnect the battery and did no attach a car memory save which provides a power source for a car independent of the regular car battery. Th had to disconnect the battery and did no attach a car memory save which provides a power source for a car independent of the regular car battery. This memory saver would have provided the power needed to keep my car's XM and radio settings intact and saved me one big hassle in getting them back, which I still have not yet been able to finish.
