Professional, secretary lady knowledgeable friendly, mechanic knowledgeable. Sad that never went to any other Hyundai repair shop. Hands down the best place I’ve ever gone and this is my second Hyundai mechanic knowledgeable. Sad that never went to any other Hyundai repair shop. Outstanding service. I needed to have my car service AND i told them that my car engine check light came on. They serviced my car but they didn’t check what was wrong with my engine and why the light came on… so ultimately the car engine check light came on. They serviced my car but they didn’t check what was wrong with my engine and why the light came on… so ultimately they wasted my time because I had to send my car to another dealership and waste money on a car rental so that dealership could work on my car regarding my engine. A waste of time! More

first, They did not give me the correct address for the service department. Second, they didn't give me any estimated time to finish the service. I have to wait for 5 hours. I kept asking one of the front service department. Second, they didn't give me any estimated time to finish the service. I have to wait for 5 hours. I kept asking one of the front desk ladies in the service department if I got a loaner car since I was waiting too long, but they ignored me and looked down on me. and give me an attitude. It was a really bad experience with them. More

The one issue I had was that in changing the fuse they had to disconnect the battery and did no attach a car memory save which provides a power source for a car independent of the regular car battery. Th had to disconnect the battery and did no attach a car memory save which provides a power source for a car independent of the regular car battery. This memory saver would have provided the power needed to keep my car's XM and radio settings intact and saved me one big hassle in getting them back, which I still have not yet been able to finish. This is why I gave one "good" response instead of all "very good" More
