From the moment we walked in, Hung greeted us pleasantly and asked how he could help us. From there, he invited us to his office and he began to explain the differences between the various RX 350 models and it was clear that he was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was keenly interested in making sure we felt informed and confident in our decisions and he took the time to patiently answer all of our many questions. Even though there wasn’t a 2025 model on the lot for us to test drive, Hung arranged for us to drive a prior year model, which was invaluable. We decided to reserve a new RX 350h that was to be delivered in a month or so. Hung told us he would keep us informed and to our surprise, he called to tell us that our car had arrived weeks before we thought it would. The car was exactly as he had described, inclusive of all of the features we discussed. The entire purchase process was smooth, and Hung was there every step of the way, answering more questions and ensuring we felt comfortable with our decision. What impressed us most was his commitment to our satisfaction. Hung arranged a convenient time for us to learn about the car's features, helped us set everything up, and explained how everything works in detail.
