Please read this before you go to Bill page Honda. They broke my tire's sensor when they filled in air in the tire. After that, they shifted the responsibility to us and charged us $95. When we They broke my tire's sensor when they filled in air in the tire. After that, they shifted the responsibility to us and charged us $95. When we complained a staff there, 2 more staffs came to us and yelled at us. (We felt racial discrimination) It is not about money. It is about the way how they treat their customer. It was very terrible experience. More

I’ve been back a few times with questions about functionality or concerns, and the salesperson —Raquel Rosa — was always very patient with me and answered all my questions. Today I had a problem with a trim they put on and the sales manager, Hugo Murano, made it right. Very friendly, nice staff. More

My experience was not goodbye. They wouldn’t negotiate on price one bit. When I was buying the car I felt rushed because they were closing . I should have walked out. They had me test drive a brand new 2019 civic si. They told me that since the car was in the show room the only way I would be able to test drive was if I was 100% buying the car . Told me car was in perfect condition, been having problems since bought, crack in the windshield . Noises coming from wheel . Fixed windshield , now noises coming from windshield. . Itry to get ahold of the used car manager , called more then 10 times never picked up . Left a message . Never returned my call. Payed 21,499 for my civic si . Put a 4500 dollar down payment . Only extra was extended warranty and still have a balance of 21600!! How?? I had a very bad experience and probably wouldn’t buy another car from them More
