I Called On Se 9,2025 at 11:15am. Asked how much it would cost to test an alternator they previously replaced. The phone representative explicitly told me it would be completely free Asked how much it would cost to test an alternator they previously replaced. The phone representative explicitly told me it would be completely free and scheduled an appointment for Thursday September 10,2026 at 8:01am. He said we are open since 7am, but 7am was too early for me, so I picked 8am slot. The confirmation message was sent to me on the same day , Wednesday September 9, 2026 at 11:21am. I postpone 8:01 am Thursday appointment , on Friday September 11,2026 at 11:30am slot. I arrived at Bill Page Honda on Friday September 11,2026 at 11:00am. When I arrived the service advisor demanded a $195 fee for diagnostic. I said I do not want a diagnostic, I do not want you to figure out the reason why the battery light comes on sometimes, I just want to check the alternator which is replaced years ago by you. When I asked to speak to a manager , I was rudely told' do you want to hear the same answer? And he continued that manager Tom was at lunch at 11:00am. I was told to move the car out of the way. I, later at 12:09 on the Friday September 11,2026 called the actual manager , Tom Lanzone, who defended his staff and stated "nothing is for free" , why did you leave, we could have looed at your car for $195, instead for honoring what his team promised over the phone. I took my car to another shop. They found the alternator was perfectly fine, the battery connectors just needed a quick clean. bill page Honda tried to charge me $195 for a fake diagnostic while treating me with absolutely disrespect . Avoid their service department You do not have the list of people I talked . I do not remember the name of representative. I am forced to pick one to be able to submit my review More

Please read this before you go to Bill page Honda. They broke my tire's sensor when they filled in air in the tire. After that, they shifted the responsibility to us and charged us $95. When we They broke my tire's sensor when they filled in air in the tire. After that, they shifted the responsibility to us and charged us $95. When we complained a staff there, 2 more staffs came to us and yelled at us. (We felt racial discrimination) It is not about money. It is about the way how they treat their customer. It was very terrible experience. More
