I moved to the East Coast from San Francisco in May 2025. It was unallocated (lucky for me) and I was able to reserve and commit to purchasing. When I got off the plane, we went straight to the dealership and purchased it all in less than an hour! One of the best experiences ever!! Howard and the team definitely earned my business! In July 2025, I called Howard and asked about an Aventurin Red X7. He told me he had a build slot for a 2026 X7 and I could order it with everything I wanted. Too good to be true!! In 6 short weeks, my new X7 showed up at the dealership and in an hour and a half, I was on my way home with my newly ordered X7. Thank you, Howard and the BMW of Owings Mills team for the best service EVER!! You know who to make a great deal! Insufficient attention to details of new BMW, once sale was made couldn't get me off the lot fast enough. Example: speed limiter button was activate, I couldn't go over 20 mph after leaving lot. All weather floor mats were not in car, my wife caught the error. Sales manager sent email for any concern, I responded by leaving email and voice mail - no return. Going to another dealership for orientation. Not impressed with my experience at Owings Mills BMW. More
