In regards to the dealership, it is top tier quality. The team is very engaged with all the clients and as soon as it came time to business, Cesar was willing to make sure we felt like we left with a deal. Cesar was very thorough and explained how everything worked on the vehicle after we made the purchase. He even had a part delivered to my home that was missing when we bought it. That is an above and beyond the call of duty type treatment that you will get. Cesar and the team walked us through all of the options packages and because of the rapport we were able to build off of our initial conversations, we felt very comfortable buying a couple add-ons that I know we will enjoy. Kevin and Holly took care of us when it came time to make an installation on our new SUV and I probably spent no more than 5 minutes doing paperwork and getting our loaner vehicle. More

Great customer service and follow up We purchased a used 2014 Jeep Cherokee for our daughter and after months of attempting to work with other dealerships, I appreciated the honesty and f We purchased a used 2014 Jeep Cherokee for our daughter and after months of attempting to work with other dealerships, I appreciated the honesty and follow up from Eddie and the Valley Honda dealership. When I called to inquire if the car was still there, Eddie called me right back and confirmed it was and mentioned that the color of the vehicle was actually black, not gray. There was a mistake with the listing and he wanted to be sure I knew before driving there. I had dealt with so many other dealerships that would tell me a car was available only to find out that it was "just sold" right before I arrived for a test drive. I also found many dealerships had hidden additional feels if a vehicle was certified for example. None of those games at Valley Honda. There wasn't any wiggle room on the price of the vehicle because it had just been reduced $2,000 and was below market value. It took some back and forth to come to an acceptable rate for financing, but ultimately we got there. We did notice an issue with the USB port not charging the next day and they called us right back and told us to bring it in for service. Holly helped correct the issue at no additional cost to us. Great customer service, I will definitely go back again in the future. More
