Our sales person ended up being very rude to us. The sale went through, and the sales person gave no other support to us. Barely spoke to us, didn't ask if we need anything. I saw other salesperson providing their customers support on going over the car functionality, gave them a hat, and asked what else they need. Our sales person seemed mad at us and basically only interacted if we had a question. The sales process is also so demoralizing. More

They have no communication. Condescending, dont answer phones, $1200 for a tune up which took all day. They seem put out when you are asking questions. The "we owe you" we received when I took receipt of the vehicle was not adequately carried out. When I went to pick up my car there was buffing compound all over the vehicle. The windshield is still cove vehicle was not adequately carried out. When I went to pick up my car there was buffing compound all over the vehicle. The windshield is still covered in a residue after they said they buffed the over spray from it. It's very difficult to see while driving when the sun hits the windshield or if it's raining. We asked the sales person to have the car redone but he said he spoke to the manager and they were done. The glass person came to our house and was able to show us what the over spray left from their bodywork job. This was supposed to be a certified pre owned vehicle but when we magnified the checklist they had checked everything off as good when it was not. I'd never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
