The salespeople show you that they do not care if you don't do things the way they think you should. I had an issue and was basically lied to 3 times before I went to the finance manager to get help. The don't do things the way they think you should. I had an issue and was basically lied to 3 times before I went to the finance manager to get help. The louis was helpful, but it was a salesperson's name.Frank, who said he was a manager. Then I spoke to his manager who claimed that the gm was out of the office for a week and when I spoke to the finance manager, he was there the next day. There's so much more to the issue, but eventually, I did get the help that I asked for. There's a lot more to unpack with this, but I don't feel like typing it out. More

I paid cash for my vehicle June 25,2024. Was not allowed to sign any paperwork stating I bought the vehicle while at the dealership. No online documents were ever sent from Greenway East KIA. Now the dealership is refusing to mail be a contract to sign and they haven’t mailed the Title to my car. It’s now September 7, 2024. I guess it’s attorney time. You have my money and there is no reason you can’t mail, FedEx, UPS a contract to me and then me return it to you. You could also send me a contract online in a secure portal identified as Greenway East KIA. More
