One of our worst car buying experiences. We would have been better served at a dealer rather than with this official KIA dealership. We bought a Ford Explorer from them. After agreeing on the price of the car, the salesman told us that the car would be cleaned inside and out to remove shallow scratches - THIS WAS NOT DONE. They were supposed to repair the sunglasses holster - THIS WAS NOT DONE. They told us that we could go to any FORD store and that it would be taken care of because the vehicle is under warranty. Of course, when we went to a FORD store near us, the replacement is not guaranteed because it is a breakage and not a manufacturing defect ($350 for the replacement!). They told us that there was $2000 of reconditioning. We wanted to have the details of what was done. We are still waiting for the details and so THIS WAS NOT DONE. Once the payment is made, the seller gives us a key for the car. We ask him for the second one. He looks, asks the workshop and finally tells us that there is none. In addition, he tells us that he is not required to provide it to us because that is how they bought the car. Ok, except that it is something that must be told to the customer BEFORE the purchase and therefore not to put the customer in front of the fact. This is dishonest. We made a quote at FORD: $400! After multiple unpleasant exchanges, we get a promise of a check for $350 for the key. It was supposed to arrive within 10 days, it has been 1 month and WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. Finally when we take possession of the vehicle, I ask our seller where the vehicle manual and the maintenance log are. Of course, he didn't know where it was and told me that I could download it from the Ford website, or get a copy at a dealership! How negligent.... To put pressure on you to sign, they are very good, but no awareness or notion of customer satisfaction. No rigor, no professionalism at least for used vehicles. More

Great experience. Dealt First With A Young Man Named Mike Than Eric- Things Were Not Working Out- So I Was About To Leave- I Was Than Asked To Step Back Inside, Which Dealt First With A Young Man Named Mike Than Eric- Things Were Not Working Out- So I Was About To Leave- I Was Than Asked To Step Back Inside, Which I Did So- Things Started Looking Really Good- Which I Had Hope For- Eric Took Me To Greenway Vehicle’s Parking- Showed Me A Lot Of 2025 KIA’s Got A Ex, That Includes A Lot Perks- Really Did Not Want Another Black- But With All The Wonderful Things Included- I Can Overlook The Color- Also Met Mathew In Service Very Informative- Hope To Have A Wonder Year As My Service Advisor/ He Caught A Problem I Was Having With This New KIA Soul And Carlos Confirmed That There Was A Problem- Good Work! Also I Got A Marvelous Deal In Finance- A Lower Rate And Monthly Payments- He Really Looked Out. Appreciate All That Was Done For Me- Thanks! More

Jorge was very helpful. Once we decided to purchase the a vehicle. It took a while to head into finance. The finance division was seamless and efficient. Once complete with finance we were waiting too long to receive our new vehicle. We we told it went to detailing , but it was never washed and we didn’t receive a full tank of gas. Actually, the gas in the tank was less than 1/4 tank. We left and filled up at the neighboring WAWA. After further investigation we notice that the car mats were not in the vehicle. I called the dealership back and I was told to check the trunk. There weren’t there. We return to the dealership to get the mats. Hmmm. I was not enthused with the level of service once all our paperwork was signed. More
