Inefficient place. Rude staff. Brought my car in due to recommendation from other hillside Honda express location stating there was an oil leak. Brought my car in at ap Rude staff. Brought my car in at appointment time and was told around 5pm same day that they were backed up and could not get to my vehicle, will be checked following day. What’s the point of an appointment then? Following day I receive a call from Mike stating there was no oil leak, which is good news. Was told to go to driveway to receive vehicle, took them 15 mins to bring my car out. Only reason why I come here is because it’s close to where I live. Good customer service doesn’t exist here, they’re too busy to keep up with demand and as a result poor workmanship, poor waiting times, inefficiency at an all time high. More
