New car should look new when bought new Spent too much time at the dealership and had to make 2 trips within the first 3 days to finally get the car buffed and waxed as a new car should look Spent too much time at the dealership and had to make 2 trips within the first 3 days to finally get the car buffed and waxed as a new car should look. After the third time, all the specs and poor buffing residue from the initial waxing was removed. The staff is friendly but the after the sale time spent at the dealership took the fun out of buying a new vehicle. More

Came home a I had searched the Internet all weekend looking for a Hyundai Sonata GLS. Thought I had found it at Rick case. Saw a SOLD sign on it. Came home and sent an email inquiring about a similar vehicle (Color). Within 30 minutes Henry had meaaged me and then called me. Drove back up and ended up making a deal with this dealership. I was never pressured, my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I must say the financing part was way too long after agreeing to the purchase. They had to send me down to the Audi dealership to get my paperwork done. I would and have recommended this dealership to some friends. More
