Great car buying experience Henry Olowu is a great guy, displayed great customer service and I never felt any pressure from him to purchase a vehicle. I would definitely recommen Henry Olowu is a great guy, displayed great customer service and I never felt any pressure from him to purchase a vehicle. I would definitely recommend him if looking for a car at this dealership. Hamilton Dueberry is a good person to although I did not work with him on the purchase of this car. Also, Josh Mikkelsen, the finance manager got the numbers to look right in my favor! Very much appreciated! Mr. Case has some very good people representing his company. Thank you all. More

Great Car....Customer Service could be better! I recently purchased a 2016 Sonata. I Love this car. I worked with Debbie initially and she was great. She assisted me with all of the paperwork. I recently purchased a 2016 Sonata. I Love this car. I worked with Debbie initially and she was great. She assisted me with all of the paperwork. The process to purchase through XChange Leasing for Uber can be a lengthy one. She explained everything. My initial issue wasn't with her, but was with her colleague. I spent 2 and 1/2 hours there initially. Not a big deal. Debbie had to leave, so she left the delivery of the car to another sales rep. I was told that the car would be ready for pick up when I arrived. I waited an entire hour and a half because the car was being filled up with gas. Long story short my friend was in the lot and the car that I was given had been there since we arrived. I watched this gentleman walk around and talk to others while I waited. I value my time and the time of others evidently he doesn't. Finally he came to get me stating the car was ready and gave me a 3-5 minute overview on features. I purchased a Nissan last year and my features demonstration lasted for close to 15 minutes. He stated that he would call to set up Bluelink the following day. It's still not set up. I failed to mention that he gave me the WRONG car. The VIN was completely different. I just happened to grab the second key the next morning. When it didn't work, I knew something was off. I thought maybe it's the wrong spare key. It was the wrong car. I realized the issue and contacted the dealership immediately. He called me back and left a message saying that I may have the wrong car....sir, I already verified that it is the wrong car, please don't play games. When I received my car, that I verified the miles on during the test drive, there was almost 100 additional miles on the car. It is 17 miles from the dealership to my job. You do the math! When I questioned salesman #2, he said that the car had been parked all night. When I asked about the mileage, he said well maybe we gave the car to another Uber driver. Listen, mistakes happen! Honesty is important and at this point there was no reason to lie but he did. All I wanted was an acknowledgement of the issue and a real heartfelt apology. I attempted to reach out to my original salesperson but got no response to my calls or emails. That really made me sad because I really liked working with her. It wasn't until I sent an email to the manager, that I received an apology. I love my car.....I did not like the service that I received. The manager advised me to come in to get the other issues resolved and I will as soon as my schedule allows. Salesman #2 (Henry) do better! Every customer, even those working with other reps, are important. I did refer my colleague to you to purchase a new vehicle. After she heard my story, she opted to purchase her 2016 Elantra elsewhere. More

I decided to stop by my nearest Rick Case Hyundai in Duluth, GA since I was really familiar with Rick Case Dealerships back home in Broward County, Florida. On Thursday 10/22/15 at approximately 6 pm, arriving at the dealership I was a bit intimitated and skeptical feeling I may be taken advantage. It was quite the opposite when I met Sales Consultant Henry Olowu. He is very knowledgeable in his work field, well mannered, attentive, professional and patient. He made me feel so secure, suggested a 2016 Hyundai Elantra after I underestimated myself settling for previous year models. Henry thoroughly explained both the benefits of becoming a Hyundai owner as well as making my purchase with Rick Case Hyundai. My insecurities were completely vanished when I met Finance Manager Josh Mikkelsen. It was a bit challenging at first, but Josh went above and beyond to meet my needs. He was very clear and honest about everything in the paperworks. By this time, it was after 9 pm closing time. It was getting later, I was asking lots of question yet neither Henry or Josh showed signs of impatience nor tiredness. Both make a great team and work well under pressure. In the end I became a confident, secure and content customer. Last but not least I'd like to acknowledge the first impression of my visit. Upon my arrival to Rick Case Hyundai in Duluth, GA, Sales Manager JT who gifted me a book written by Rick and Rita Case stated it is for me to keep whether I decide to purchase a vehicle or not. I now have a newly found respect for Rick Case. More

Awesome company, they really care about their customers! My first car was a Hyundai Elantra and it got totaled. If you've ever had this experience you know how stressful and aggravating it can be. My Hyundai was such a great car I decided to get another one. I had been to more than 5 dealerships and this one topped the charts. I was a rainy Sunday and our sales rep was Henry. HE WAS GREAT. He pulled up 4 cars in the rain, into the garage so we could look at them. They were really great, they even stayed a little after they closed to discuss some cost with us. I ended getting the Hyundai Elantra that I wanted and my experience was great. I would definitely recommend this dealership! More
