During my recent visit, I witnessed a specific sales manager subjecting his staff to a level of verbal abuse that was honestly shocking. Seeing a leader treat their team with that kind of public disresp manager subjecting his staff to a level of verbal abuse that was honestly shocking. Seeing a leader treat their team with that kind of public disrespect, especially in front of clientele, signals a massive lack of professional integrity and a toxic internal culture. As a customer, if this is how leadership treats their own people, I simply cannot trust this establishment with my vehicle or my financial interests. Frankly, this individual is a liability to your reputation. I previously attempted to post a review regarding this, but it was removed because I couldn’t provide the manager's name (as his photo is not listed on your website). Regardless, I feel upper management needs to be made aware of this behavior, as I am certain it was not an isolated incident. I strongly suggest a formal review of your floor leadership before more customers transition to your competitors. More

Julia did a great job with selling me a 2023 Nissan Rouge Platinum with low miles. Not the car I was looking for but I left happy as could be. Better to make sure the car is still available before arriving as the website is not always updated for same day sales. I give the dealer 4 stars because I had to return after the car I wanted was sold 3 separate times. Julia is great! I recommend asking for her help! More

Management team is great, and the owner is hands down the best! Was having a few issues with getting approved and Todd and his management staff didn’t hesitate to answer when I called for help stepped in and best! Todd and Greg took all the stress right off my back and right onto their desk and got right to work without any hesitation despite having multiple other customers he put me right at the top of his list of things to do. They never fail to impress every time from sales to service I had a great experience overall! Todd, Hayden, Greg, Yasin, and Spencer were awesome! Highly recommended!! More

I felt as though the deal was a rush deal just for the sale. I didn't feel valued and I didn't feel as though I was heard or even listened to. The salesman was good but he had to consult with higher up an sale. I didn't feel valued and I didn't feel as though I was heard or even listened to.
