Harold was born and raised right here in the Roanoke Valley. He grew up around the drag racing and auto parts industry, eventually finding a home in automotive service consulting. With over 41 years of experience, he has been a proud member of the Southern Team family since 2008. He has a sincere appreciation for the flexibility Southern Team allows him to have in order to take care of whatever service needs his customers may have, and he respects First Team's commitment to offering the best customer service in the area. Harold is married and he enjoys spending time with his wife, his children, working out, playing golf, being involved with his church, spending time with his 4 grandchildren and the overall serenity of living in the Roanoke Valley.

All of the staff I had the pleasure of working with went above and beyond while my vehicle was in for service. Harold was very kind and welcoming during write up. Was rude at the 1st & then realized my struggle. I didn’t have starter issue until after serving a fuse to release my key. Waiting for the service mgr to investigate my ticket to see what happened.
