In the past 80 years 'I've purchased just about every make of vehicle made and have encounter few good and many not so good salespeople along the way. In so doing contacted several dealerships, heard the same song and dance and a price they must of thought I wanted to but the dealership not just a car. One more shot and I'm done I said. Lucky it was Boucher Hyundai of Waukesha and got in touch with Harman Singh and the rest is history . A few questions answered our questions, and a couple return calls just as he said he would, no waiting, no wondering. Had the vehicle, had the color and best of all had the price.. We are 80 miles away and all done without having to leave our living room. Made one appointment to sign the papers and take the vehicle home. Harman completely changed my attitude of salespeople to all good. This guy earned 5 stars in every category. Best car purchase in 80 years. He made it totally painless. This hyundai was to be my wife's replacement. Mine is due to be upgraded soon. and it too is going to Boucher Hyundai provided Harman Sign is still there selling card. Thank you Harman. Very disappointed with the service we received from Boucher Hyundai. If you are lucky enough to leave with a car and have no issues then this dealership is probably fine. But if you have any issues tha Boucher Hyundai. If you are lucky enough to leave with a car and have no issues then this dealership is probably fine. But if you have any issues that need attention after purchasing a vehicle, then good luck. The managers are extremely difficult to get ahold of and do not return phone calls. Communication and customer service needs a lot of work. I would not recommend Boucher Hyundai and I will not return to this location. More
