Sunny Ahuja showed us different cars to help us narrow our choice, explained the different features, and spent as much time with us as was needed to make sure we understood everything. Once we made our decision he guided us through the steps needed to finalize the purchase of the 2014 Toyota Venza. He followed up with us online and called us, as arranged, to let us know that the car was ready for pickup. When we returned to collect the car he patiently went over all the features of the car to insure we were comfortable with operating the car. John Celesk handled the financial matters efficiently and in a professional yet friendly manner. He took care to explain everything thoroughly. From the moment I walked into Toyota of Braintree I was impressed. I was treated with respect and felt like they truly wanted my business. It was perfect! Sunny my salesman was so knowledgable about the features and explained things with hands on training. Sunny was the most professional sales person I have dealt with in buying my cars in over the last 30 years. He went above and beyond in helping me out. He came to my home and showed me how to use my vehicle with in buying my cars in over the last 30 years. He went above and beyond in helping me out. He came to my home and showed me how to use my vehicle & all the features knowing that my mother just had a stroke and I am caring for her around the clock and unable to leave home unless I have someone else to watch her. The GPS is not working in my new vehicle and he made sure the part was expedited so I can have the use of that feature and has set up an appointment to have the mother board installed on Monday. Sunny has helped me with the pick up and delivery to install the part by picking up my car at my home and dropping it off due to my mother's health condition. I am looking forward to doing business with him in the future and telling family and friends to go to this dealership if they are looking for a Toyota or Scion and to make sure they do their business with Sunny. More
