From the minute I was introduced to Sunny, he immediately put me at ease and I was treated fairly and with the utmost of respect. He listened with his ears and not his mouth while educating me as to the varied and comprehensive details of my purchase with clarity and honesty. He knows Toyotas very well and his confidence in the operations and details of purchasing a new car is comendable. From quickly arriving at a fair sales price, inroduction to financing, dealing with the insurance company, service preparation and ensuring the car was in top shape for delivery, Sunny was highly responsive and attentive to my requests. Eric puts the "Care" in Customer Care Specialist and Kenny made sure that things kept moving. Overall, I'd recommend Tufankjian Toyota Scion of Braintree to anyone that is looking to get treated like you're buying the highest priced car on the lot, even when you're actually buying a terrific low mileage 5 year old Corolla. This is my second lease with Toyota of Braintree with the help of Sunny Ahuja and I couldn't be happier about both experiences. As an undergraduate nursing student nearing my graduation I'm busy, I'm partic help of Sunny Ahuja and I couldn't be happier about both experiences. As an undergraduate nursing student nearing my graduation I'm busy, I'm particular, and I ask a lot of questions and Sunny was the perfect match for me. Sunny answered all of my questions with professionalism, humor, and intelligence. He has been a joy to work with and guided me through the leasing process twice now with ease. During my second leasing experience, I was at the dealership for a large amount of time trying to decide what to do before my lease ended. Sunny remained patient while my family looked over all of the possibilities and was particularly accommodating to my dad who is disabled. It started to get close to dinner and Sunny insisted that he would order something for us to eat. I thought he was pulling our leg but he asked us what we would want and he ended up ordering us a pizza. Sunny goes above and beyond for his clients and this instance really showed how kind, caring, and thoughtful of a person he is. Each time I have leased I have came into the building with a need and each time it was quickly executed (this lease I picked up my car the next day) with the help of Sunny and also Arthur Martel (who is just as personable and easy to work with as Sunny). My overall experience at Tufankjian has been above and beyond my expectations, the atmosphere is different at this dealership. I have never felt pressured into making a decision, their customer service is incredible and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else! I'm in LOVE with my new 2013 RAV and I plan on continuing doing business with Sunny, Arthur, and the team at Braintree for years to come! More
