I was fine with the experience up until you all ran my credit and decided to load up my contract with 1 year and 3 month insurances I didn’t need. I get that it’s part of the game and you need you $200 co credit and decided to load up my contract with 1 year and 3 month insurances I didn’t need. I get that it’s part of the game and you need you $200 commission but it’s kind of b/s. That part doesn’t bother me as much as the fact that my trade in loan still hasn’t been paid off and I haven’t heard when it will be paid off. The bank on my trade in debited me $585 and now I gotta figure out how to get my money back. Overall shady practices and terrible follow through. More
