If you enjoy being gaslit and man-splained, this is your dealership. For 34k here’s what we got: Purchased a car, it got a flat they couldn’t explain in less than 15 miles. The car was all wheel d your dealership. For 34k here’s what we got: Purchased a car, it got a flat they couldn’t explain in less than 15 miles. The car was all wheel drive so you have to change all 4 tires at once. Their service manager put the tire that went flat back on and said it was “fine”. They begrudgingly agreed to put new tires on and only after I said I’d return the car if they didn’t put new tires on the car. Once we got the new tires, which took them 3 days, in the next 24 hours the check engine light came on and my independent mechanic pulled 3 codes. We had had enough and retuned the car. The crappy service continued. It took them 10 days to return our $15k down payment, even though the check had cleared and was in their account. They absolutely SUCK, except for the finance manager Hannah. She was great. Felt like they didn’t care it was a lemon and potentially unsafe for my family and I. More

We had a great team that was able to get a deal that worked for us. If it wasn't for Art texting me the night before and Kyle calling to comfirm our appointment we probably would have not came out to p worked for us. We meet with Teddy the Sales Rep and he was great and a very nice person. He knew everything about the vehicle and took us through the entire process of getting the car. I bought a pickup yesterday evening. Hannah was fantastic to work with! I live in another state and she helped me with every step from afar. When I arrived at Groove she was energetic, e Hannah was fantastic to work with! I live in another state and she helped me with every step from afar. When I arrived at Groove she was energetic, enjoyable and very helpful! Even though I arrived later than planned, she helped me go through every inch of my new pickup, helped move my belongings over, found me a cell charger, etc. I can’t say enough great things about my experience. I came from 6 hours away to purchase this vehicle and I would do it again! Thanks Hannah! More

Useless. Worst customer service I've experienced in a long while. Do not deal with Hunter or Lane. Update: I've now purchased a car elsewhere with the opposite experience. There are a couple of people who I enjoyed talking to, Hannah in particular, so thank you Hannah, you nearly saved the sale. To Lane and Hunter, consider new careers. You cost your boss over $40k because you were unable to do the bare minimum of a basic sales and customer service job. Final word: y'all lying about the car being sold after I said I was no longer interested due to poor customer service... well, that speaks for itself. Good luck. More

We came to check out a Ford Bronco sport after calling around to find one, and were taking out time checking out the interior and trunk space. Just as we were about to get in to drive, another salesperson around to find one, and were taking out time checking out the interior and trunk space. Just as we were about to get in to drive, another salesperson came out, extended her arm to our salesperson and said “this car has been sold, give me the keys” then kept insisting “keys, keys, keys” like a toddler until he handed them over. Not getting to even drive the car after making an appointment was frustrating, and the way she handled the situation made it much worse. It’s a low-inventory market, so I get that it can be competitive, but Groove is handling that poorly. More
