Took my escape in for tpms replacement. Malori called me and asked if I would like to get all the recalls taken care of while it was in. This was my worst experience at this dealership and I don't plan to come back. I was told i would have an diagnostic on my car Mon or Tues after dropping it off to my service advisor Erik Howard over the don't plan to come back. I was told i would have an diagnostic on my car Mon or Tues after dropping it off to my service advisor Erik Howard over the weekend. Tuesday came and went without a word. Any update I received I had to ask for and everyday it was that he hoped to have an answer tomorrow.Basically had to demand a loaner on Friday when there still wasn't a diagnostic. Even then he forgot to send an uber/courtesy car to come get me to go to the dealership. Instead of just saying "we're busy" Erik tried to scare me with some xx rare engine issue and acted like it took days to diagnose. He told me how my car would be worth $500 and it was his duty to report it to Car Fax before there was really any reason to suspect this. Less than an hour later it miraculously wasn't that and then I waited another 3 days for a diagnosis. After telling me it "absolutely" wasn't the electrical issue I suspected it in fact was the electrical issue I suspected. Needless to say I picked my car up and took it somewhere else for repairs. If you're a woman or anyone with a brain that doesn't want to be fear mongered and bullied by a dealership go literally anywhere else. More
