We went in for an oil change and decided to ask questions on possibly trading in our car for a more affordable one. We were introduced to Hannah Brusseau and she was amazing and patient with us. She listened to us, we told her what our budget was and what price point we wanted and she made it happen. We had our two little ones with us and she took her time to make my 4 year old comfortable, knowing this is a long process and he was restless. She did not rush the process, she stayed very late with us and when we found out we weren’t going to be able to take the car home with us that day, she offered to personally deliver it to our home. When she brought the car to our house she took her time to explain to me all of the cars features and set me up. She continues to check up on us and is available with any other questions we have. She made our car trade in easy and stress-free. This is our 3rd time buying a Kia and this has been the best experience yet. I would definitely recommend anyone to this dealership and hopefully you get to work with Hannah! Bailey from finance helped us with our contract and he explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming and friendly. More
