My experience at Kia of Austin dealership was phenomenal! Luis, Jacqueline, Vicky, Behnam, and Hannah were so amazing! I felt so at ease working with them! They took a lot of pressure off of me by taking the Luis, Jacqueline, Vicky, Behnam, and Hannah were so amazing! I felt so at ease working with them! They took a lot of pressure off of me by taking the process one step at a time. I moved to Austin with a 2021 Kia Soul and I left the dealership with a brand new 2026 Kia Seltos! I am so grateful for them working with me and would recommend anyone to either one of them. The communication within the company is so clear and they genuinely want to create and establish a relationship with their clients/customers. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door and not pressured. I can’t say that about the many places I have been. The dealership is going to reimburse us for the cost of our windshield as well as 3 years of windshield protection. Hannah was the key player here who took the time to listen to my concerns and understood my frustration, then talked to the manager on our behalf. She understood how we felt and ensured that everything was resolved. It was beyond apparent that she values integrity and honesty and we are so appreciative. More

The entire dealership is amazing from the service center to the sales teams. Everyone carries themselves very professionally at all times. The dealership is always clean.. You’re greeted by name. I brought my KIA Seltos to KIA North Austin for its routine service. It’s so nice how easy it is to make an appointment and know that my Seltos is gettting such great service. Vardasha Wells, the Servi routine service. It’s so nice how easy it is to make an appointment and know that my Seltos is gettting such great service. Vardasha Wells, the Service Rep was great explaining all the tests and changes my car would get. It was great seeing my Sales Rep Hannah Brusseau again, she really knows how to set you up with the auto that will be the best beat for your needs, and your family. I’m so fortunate to know that even now if I have a question about my Seltos she’s there to answer my questions.
