After explaining my complex situation in both text and several phone calls, and after visiting a jeep dealer 10 minutes from home which could not make anything happen, your lovely internet sales people fl several phone calls, and after visiting a jeep dealer 10 minutes from home which could not make anything happen, your lovely internet sales people flat out lied to me. They had me drive an hour and 10 minutes there and then an hour and 35 minutes home in the snow just to be told the same exact thing I was told 10 minutes from my house. When your dealership reached out, I sent several very clear texts with all of the information since my situation was not ideal. I clearly explained that I had already been car shopping and had my car appraised at several other dealers. I asked to run lose numbers but was told that can’t be done. Several times I asked to be sure that a manager has seen my messages, understood my situation and still thinks it is worth my time. Was assured it was. All lies. Ridiculous. When I walked in for my "appointment" no one knew I was coming, nothing was prepped and no one knew about my situation. My time was completely and utterly wasted and I was humiliated. They even said since I was already a Hawk customer, they wanted to be sure to work extra hard for me and were prepared to do anything to sell vehicles. Such actual nonsense. Nope. Instead they made me feel so upset and embarrassed and sad. So thanks to your team for that. The people I encountered at the dealership were kind and professional. But all of us had our time wasted by the disgraceful internet sales team. And even more frustrating is that nothing can be done to make this right. My time and effort was for nothing. Do better. I just hope this can help someone else before being lured in. More
