I have a confession to make. Before I buy anything big I read the reviews of the product and the place. But I don't think that I've ever written a review. Of course there have been times when I told myself that I should but...well you know. So here I go. I was looking for a used car last week and walked into White Plains Honda where I met with Keith. I have to say that instantly I felt comfortable with him. "But he's the enemy!!" I said to myself. "Don't get too close. Car salesman...you know" (I don't have many conversations with myself) It was useless, though. Keith has such an easy going way about himself that you just feel like you are talking to an old friend. Even after I changed my mind about which car I wanted, he just rolled with it. And so I remembered that it's the dreaded sales manager who you got to watch out for. "Red Alert!" Here comes Joe the manager...wait...no don't do this...don't change the way I feel about car dealerships (do I really have to spell it out for you!) Hey Joe, stop changing the universe man. I noticed that each desk had a sign posted, 'No Negativity Allowed", and they really mean it. It may sound cliche, but they really mean it. Listen, I know that it's just a used...excuse me...Certified Pre-Owned car, but I really had a good experience here and its'a about time that I pay it forward. You know when you are talking to friends and somebody says "I got a guy..." I certainly will be calling Keith in the future. More

This was my second place looking at for a certified honda in my price range. I talked to Sandy Vargas she was very polite, friendly and had a lot of knowledge about all Hondas, she broke everytime down to me and explained what was different about each one. Most dealers barely know so I was very greatful to have her for my dealer. She worked very hard at getting me the right type of honda I was looking for and for a great price. She spent a lot of time and effort into the perfect honda for me and my family and I appreciate all of her help. I want to think Ms.Sandy for her hard work, kindness and great hospitality. She made my experience easy and stressless. I also want to thank Mr. Gustavo for findimg me a great payment plan and APR. I appreciate all you guys hard work and dont want it to go unrecognized. Thank You all once again. She is a great asset to your staff at White Plains Honda. I was very satisfied with my Honda outcome. Best car dealership experience I have had so far thanks to Ms.Sandy. I recently shopped for a car at White Plains Honda. After negotiating the price with the salesman, we were sent to the finance manager. After a long bait-and-switch style tactic, I was presented with After negotiating the price with the salesman, we were sent to the finance manager. After a long bait-and-switch style tactic, I was presented with a contract to sign that included charges we never agreed to and a price about $3000 higher. When I examined the contract, I saw an additional charge for $2500. When I questioned him, he then stated it was for an extended warranty. Never up to this point did he ever mention mention an additional cost of $2500 among others. Up to this point, he stated that the extended warranty was INCLUDED in the financing and that it was a benefit of financing it with Honda Finance. When pressed, he changed his story stating it was required in order to obtain financing, and later that it would reduces the interest rate. Be careful of White Plains Honda finance department scams. I wouldn't go ever go there again. A word of warning, don't sign contracts without examining and questioning every charge up front before wasting time with their distractions. Better yet, use a respectable volume buying service from AAA, Costco, SAMS, etc. to help pre-negotiate the price for you before go to the dealership. P.S. You can get the extended warranty cheaper buy shopping around different dealers for about $1200-1500 from what I've read. More

We bought a certified used Honda, 2009 Odyssey from White Plains Honda. This was by far the best experience I've ever had purchasing a car. I dealt with Sandy, Juan, Gustavo, and Joe the manager. I was kinda hesitant at first due to my traumatizing experience in a previous car dealer..So we went together to the car dealership and we were so amazed by their warm accommodation with us. The transaction went fast that i even got a chance to go to a Dr.'s appointment and just came back to the dealership to pick up the vehicle. :) Mr. Gus Rengifo was also there to help us out..
