However, due to no fault of Keith's, at the end of the day I left with only one set of working power lock/unlock keys, because the spare set couldn't be programmed correctly. To get the spare set of keys working, I need to return with my car at some point, so that the computer chips in car & key can get synched together. This is inconvenient because I live 100 miles north of the dealership. Since Brian offered his assistance in the synching of my spare keys, is it possible for me to get this work done at a local Honda dealership, in light of the fact that I was told the car was ready, drove 100 miles from home to pick it up, waited for another hour and a half to get the work done and it wasn't? More

I’ve purchased/leased from other Honda dealerships prior to White Plains Honda and so far this has been the most positive experience that I have had thanks to Alex, Gus, Tiffany, the detail shop, and the re to White Plains Honda and so far this has been the most positive experience that I have had thanks to Alex, Gus, Tiffany, the detail shop, and the rest of the White Plains Honda team. Alex was my salesman and main point of contact. I knew exactly what I wanted and exactly what I wanted to pay for my new car. Alex worked with me, was able to locate my vehicle, and less than one week later I am driving around in 2012 Honda Accord Coupe V6 that I absolutely love. From the day that I put down an initial deposit to the day I picked up my car Alex kept in touch every step of the way. This car replaces a prior Accord that was unfortunately totaled and Alex really worked hard to make the whole process as easy as possible. I’m extremely happy and would recommend Alex/White Plains Honda to my family and friends. Tiffany is extremely knowledgeable about the new features that the 2012 model has to offer and did a great job of going through each and every one of them with me. I can’t begin to express how cool it is to hookup my iPhone and have access to hundreds of tracks instantly via the car radio. Gus was my finance manager and was very patient with all of my back and forth negotiating regarding the features that I wanted. In the end I got a great deal on the remote starter and interior illumination kit. The financing rate of 1.9% for five years is absolutely fantastic and a huge money saver if you are buying a car. Overall I highly recommend White Plains Honda if you are in the market for a new car. More
