Gus was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and not overly aggressive. Appropriately asked for my business if he could meet my requirements. Very professional. That being said, the process was entirely too long. Almost 5 hours total and we had committed to buy inside of 90 minutes. I will recommend based on the fact I received a fair deal, but will caution on the unnecessarily long process. More

Stopped in with my wife to test drive a car. Gus our salesman was phenomenal. What a knowledgeable guy who didn’t pressure us at all. Originally the BMW was out of our price range. Alvin the sales manager did some magic and we drove the car off the lot a few hours later. I have to say that this was the easiest car purchasing experience I’ve ever had. I’m probably going to go back to Ziegler in a few months when I’m ready for a new car for myself. Couldn’t recommend them enough!! More
