However, there was a very smooth transition to our new salesman, Greg Giordano, as our previous (also great) salesman was transferred within the company. Greg kept us updated often and, when our new vehicle arrived, it was beyond what we had envisioned! We found a small scratch/defect at the bottom of the steering wheel and notified Greg immediately.
