We worked directly with Robert Mason and his manager, John Schoppert, during both the trade-in and purchasing processes. Any time that we had questions or checking for updates on the status of our new purchase, both Robert and John were extremely helpful, provided us with as much as information as possible, and were in constant communication. Even though there were things outside of their control (i.e., supply chain backlog for new purchases from Honda and paper processing with MVA), Robert and John made sure that we were taken care and kept in the loop at every step. Both of them had excellent customer service, were personable, and never pressured us to take any actions that we felt were not in our best interest. The entire facility at Heritage Honda Westminster was neat and clean as well. More
