I have to say this was a very pleasant experience & I feel like these guys are our friends now. After all the trade in and final numbers were agreed upon we met Gregg he was awesome too. He explained all of our options for Honda Care & other warranties. I cant believe how happy I am to have found Heritage Honda. We typically keep a car for 10-12 years but I sure hope all these guys are still there when this car wears out, Ill be sure to stop by to say Hello when Im in the service department (For routine service only is my expectation). This was my first purchase and I knew exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay for it. Chris and Greg helped me get the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. The best part is that the pricing was so great I was able to add in a few packages on the car without going out of my budget. A few months after purchasing the car I had to bring it into the dealer in a hurry for some work. Chris called me back right away even though it was after business hours, and worked with me to get the car into the service center as soon as possible. The following day he met me at the service center and made sure I was in a rental in no time. I would recommend Chris and Greg to anyone, especially those who may not be in the best position to buy. From the time we walked through the doors everyone was kind, friendly and helpful. Ernie, my salesman, great! The Sales Manager Keith, great! The Finance Gentleman Gregg, great guy! Robert Lee, the GM absolutely wonderful! They all made us feel like we were genuinely at home and a valuable part of the Westminster Heritage Honda family! We all laughed, talked, and shared stories and they all still extended the quality, professional customer service I like and expect from a business. We live in Aberdeen. Surely we passed many car dealerships including Honda dealerships on the way to Heritage but I'm glad we didn't shop any place else! They have a well put together team at Heritage Westminster! Finally I would like to say Ernie is the first car salesman to ever literally go over every feature in a new car with me/us. From my experience, most salespeople want the "10" top rating and a customer to be dishonest on their performance survey but not Ernie. He did his job and did it well! Lori Kiser was fine sales rep. very kind and friendly, but i was not happy with my deal closer F & I mgr Ada Shopping and choosing a vehicle is easy. Lori Kiser was fine sales rep. very kind and friendly, but i was not happy with my deal closer F & I mgr Adam Barnes. Add-ons and warranty pkgs were very expensive and not well explained. Honda care pkg prices are outrageous. Keep in mind you don't have to buy this from them at the time. You can buy them online much less expensive later. He would increase your car payment by $50-150 per month if you are ignorant. Beware before you agree or accept anything extra in your deal. My trade-in was fair, Keith O'Connor was fair and came up $250.00. My discount off MSRP was a liitle less than i should have gotten based on truecar.com. That was my fault for not getting more off. When I called to talk Adam Barnes F & I Mgr two days after my purchase to cancel Honda Care, he wasn't available. Greg Smith F & I took my call and agreed that Adam Barnes was right and backed him 100%. So I emailed everyone to immediately cancel and refund Honda Care $2,305.00 irregardless. More

Once I met Doug I was prepared for battle when I entered the dealership with my family of 5. I do not like dealerships from many past bad experiences. Once I met Doug Daryman and Brent White it was immediately clear this was not a "normal" dealership. No pressure or silly games just a professional and caring experience. Other dealers play the upscale game and ridiculous negotiating tactics to wear you down and waste your day, not with Doug and Brent. They presented the vehicle and discussed all the new features from our 2008, which were incredible, then we discussed price. Overall, this was the best car buying experience and I will send others to Doug and Brent. If you are looking for high pressure salesmen and enjoying playing the back and forth games then good on you but I will buy again from Doug. I tip my hat to you good sir for your outstanding customer service and professionalism. You and the Heritage Honda of Westminster have earned my future business and recommendation. More
