Ernie Kosmakos was a fantastic salesman to work with as well as Bill Spradbrow the sales manager! They both went above and beyond to assist us and to make sure we were happy and confident in our purchase. Even Gregg Smith in finance was super polite and helpful. I would refer anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle to stop by Heritage and ask for Ernie and to visit with the rest of the fabulous staff! I have never felt more like family then I did at Heritage! More

They didn't try to sell me. I'm 68-years-old, and as a trial lawyer for 43 years, I have met many people from many different walks of life, and I can say unreservedly that no one I've met over the years tops these men in integrity and kindness. You can trust them to take care of you. More

New Accord Sport Purchase - Steve and Molly H. Easy and quick Purchase of a new Honda Accord sport. Didn't take much haggling to reach the sweet spot for the price we had in mind. Chris was patient Easy and quick Purchase of a new Honda Accord sport. Didn't take much haggling to reach the sweet spot for the price we had in mind. Chris was patient and responsive. Based on the volume and reviews decided to bypass two closer Honda dealerships to work with Heritage. I had great previous experience working with another Heritage dealership on a RAM purchase, and this dealership met that same level of customer service and expediency. After finalizing purchase, Gregg recognized our limited time we could be there and worked hard on finishing up the paperwork in record time. Thank you all for a great experience. Would recommend. Robert greeted m I was referred to Heritage Honda Westminster by a close friend who spoke highly of Robert Lee and his team. I was not disappointed. Robert greeted me on very short notice and took the time to understand my needs and my buying style. I knew what I wanted and he was able to check every box and deliver the car I wanted at a very fair price. Robert introduced me to Ryan to take me through the purchasing process and Ryan was fabulous as well. He was knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and prepared. The experience was very smooth. And I can't forget Gregg (with two 'G's as he joked when I was asking who the check should be made out to)! Getting through the financial portion of the transaction was just as professional as my time with Robert and Ryan. No doubt that HHW has earned a customer for life. More
