I've been trying to reach A sales manager for the better part of the day. I keep receiving calls from Josh telling me to come in. I keep asking Josh to stop calling. Today when I called back a young lady pu part of the day. I keep receiving calls from Josh telling me to come in. I keep asking Josh to stop calling. Today when I called back a young lady put me on "hold" and then I heard her entire conversation with someone else directing her what to do. This conversation included an adorable giggle and a joke about "My bad, upsale, excuse me". Yikes. Press the hold button next time.
