I bought a brand new car and all the window molding have come off. It’s been 2 months and 3 trips back to the dealership and still they haven’t fixed the problem Each trip takes multiple hours as their comm come off. It’s been 2 months and 3 trips back to the dealership and still they haven’t fixed the problem Each trip takes multiple hours as their communication with their own departments is totally lacking. I won’t be buying another car there! More

My experience with regal has been awesome if I had a problem the guys take care of it. Ian and Greg made me feel like family when I had a problem they help it get solved. I would recommend Regal to any problem the guys take care of it. Ian and Greg made me feel like family when I had a problem they help it get solved. I would recommend Regal to any of my friends and family cause they will treat you right Misty in Service department did her job well she was real helpful with me sobbing the problems I needed to know about my car and she did everything she could to make things right for me so I’m so grateful for all the teams.
