He was helpful, answered questions, took his time dealing with me, and best of all was not aggressive or pushy in any way, which is what I was expecting when I came to a dealership for the first time. I feel confident a got a good deal and walked away with the vehicle I wanted. The customer service experience was wonderful, I love the Scion XB I purchased, and Greg has been kind enough to follow-up a few times since I purchased the vehicle in December 2014 to make sure I was happy with the vehicle and to see if I had any questions or needed anything. When we arrived the next day the salesman told us he had bad news, that our deal would not go through. But he did it with a bit of a smile and said the dealership just got news of a new rebate and if we didn't mind, they were going to lower the price of the car. I was blown away, they did not have to do that and we would have never known any different. They told us it just wasn't right not to tell us and that is their company philosophy.
