Outstanding dealership We went to Frankfort Toyota on Saturday to ride thru the lot and see what they had as far as trucks. Sarah King met us outside and introduced herself and we told her we were just looking. Then we decided to see what kind of a deal we could get on a trade-in for the Toyota Tacoma we liked. Sarah went and got the truck for us to drive. We were definitely more interested then. She worked with us along with the sales manager "Elvis" Davis. Sarah stayed right with us. She went and got us both something to drink while we were waiting. We were so comfortable working with both she and Elvis. We had to wait a little bit for the finance manager but Sarah went out of her way to make our wait a good one. We understood the wait as someone was ahead of us. When we were called back to take care of our financing we received the same customer service we got in the showroom. Great place to buy a car. This is our 2nd purchase from here. The service department is fantastic too. More

He followed our lead and provided all information that was needed to find a replacement car from an unfortunate situation where we had been hit by an unlicensed driver and our car had been totaled a few days before Christmas. Without being pushy in any way, he tried to help us find something that we could be happy with that was close to the the insurance settlement on our car that was lost. Even though the car that we purchased was considerably more than our budget set by the insurance settlement, it was our choice and we did not feel in anyway that we were being steered to make that decision. We are pleased with the vehicle purchase and really appreciate having a salesperson that not only made us feel comfortable about our decision, but one that we also enjoyed getting to know. More
