I gave this dealership the best ratings possible across the board, because I liked how the salesman, Greg Woods, was not at all pushy. He also went above and beyond, even offering to come pick my family or the board, because I liked how the salesman, Greg Woods, was not at all pushy. He also went above and beyond, even offering to come pick my family or me up if we could not get to the dealership for the final purchase. The whole experience was very smooth and stress-free. Best car buying experience I've ever had and well worth the hour long drive from Richmond to Frankfort, KY. More

The dealership was friendly and not pushy. My sales rep Gregg Woods show his years of experience selling cars by being low-key and professional. I would buy another car from Glenn but hope not for awhile. Gregg Woods show his years of experience selling cars by being low-key and professional. Greg was excellent and very informative about the car I bought. He was great at following up with us and checking to see if we had sold our other car, and were ready to make a purchase. I was very impresse bought. He was great at following up with us and checking to see if we had sold our other car, and were ready to make a purchase. I was very impressed at how he sat down in the car with me and went over the features of the car before I left the dealership. I have had several new cars in the past, and have never had a salesman sit down with me and go over the car like he did. The process was so easy and smooth. The Toyota dealership was immaculate. I was impressed with how clean it was. I like the customer waiting area also and the chairs and TVs for customers to enjoy while waiting for service on their vehicle. I would highly recommend Greg and this dealership in the future, and would call him in the future if I was interested in purchasing another Toyota vehicle. More

I had put off purchasing a new (pre-owned) vehicle for several years, partially because of the cost but also because I did not want to deal with car salesmen and their pushy tactics. I talked to Greg Woo several years, partially because of the cost but also because I did not want to deal with car salesmen and their pushy tactics. I talked to Greg Woods on the phone about a vehicle that they had on the lot and when I went in, expressed my concerns. He was very helpful in answering questions, was not pushy when it came down to us making a decision and we walked out with a great price on a new van that is in great condition, and has served us well. If only all car salesmen were as easy to work with as he was. More
