Purchasing the car was the best part of the process. Working with Robert during this process was good. Obtaining my vehicle after purchase, over a week later, was terrible and disheartening. There is lack of communication within the dealership and with the customer. I have worked with JH before and had no issue but this time has certainly secured the fact that I will most likely never go there again. By the time I finally came to pick up the car, I was no longer excited or looking forward to getting it. Robert was accommodating at the time of pick up and I did express my concerns to him and he said he would take them to his manager but, after the ordeal I experienced, I am not sure that communication will ever take place. I will say that Darus in the ceramic department was very customer service oriented and kept his word on getting back with me with updates and he was able to get my car in even though I was originally told that it could take up to 2 weeks to get the ceramic coating applied (I was never told this at the time of purchase). Anthony in the service department was helpful and made it right after originally putting 2 new tires on the front that did not match the back two that were left on. Robert was out for a few days and I received a voicemail from Axel stating that he was calling to give me an update stating that the matching tires were delivered and would be installed tomorrow and he would reach out to me when the work was done, and, of course, I never heard from him or anyone else so, again, I had to call and find out what was going on. I spoke to sales manager Hunter and Greg, both of which stated they would call me back with the information that I was concerned about and instead of them calling me back, I received calls from other individuals or I received no call at all. If I had a customer that was frustrated and had been waiting for over a week to pick up their vehicle, as a sales manager, I would at least have the courtesy to call the customer back even if I had asked someone else to follow up. I think that JH has gotten too big and has lost the one thing that keeps customers coming back and that is common courtesy and customer service. I am as of now, very happy with my car and for that, I am thankful. I guess at the end of the day, that is what I wanted to get out of the process but it would've been nice for it to have been a bit less stressful and time consuming. More

Beautiful facility with a wide variety of vehicles, easy buying process, friendly and helpful staff! This was our first time ever purchasing a vehicle and after going to other dealerships where it felt like buying process, friendly and helpful staff! This was our first time ever purchasing a vehicle and after going to other dealerships where it felt like they were just trying to fill their pockets, we met Greg S at Jerry Hunt in Lexington. Greg is the absolute best he went above and beyond to make sure he put us in the perfect vehicle! Also with this being our first vehicle purchase we didn’t know all of our options on auto loans or financing options (something the other dealerships didn’t discuss). Greg was a blessing and we got situated in the perfect monthly payments for us and we got to leave the truck of our dreams not even 48 hours later (we were waiting for the right one to come along) and he was definitely the man that made that possible! Greg was watching the lot waiting and looking for the perfect truck for us when we couldn’t be there, messaging us with anything he found. Honest and trustworthy and makes you feel like family. I’m glad we went to Jerry Hunt and I’m glad we found Greg! More

I was set up with Gregg S. and test drove 2 cars with him after walking the entire lot (and asking all of the dumb “I know nothing about cars” questions). He had a great route to take a nervous driver on the test drive, even if the route isn’t all right turns as promised. He went above and beyond- tested all the seat space (he’s tall), gave advice on what to do with my trade in, and got me the deal that worked in my budget on a nicer car than I originally came in for. Everyone we talked to was nice and not pushy. And that powertrain warranty was a no brainer. Bought a car within a day and zero regrets. More

If you are in the market for a car, don't walk, RUN to Jerry Hunt Supercenter in Lexington NC!!! I swear, I have been so screwed by dealerships but they made me have faith in humanity again. Greg was the Jerry Hunt Supercenter in Lexington NC!!! I swear, I have been so screwed by dealerships but they made me have faith in humanity again. Greg was the one who helped us, very professional and very honest. They have all kinds of vehicles for sale and are super honest about everything. I'd give them 5 stars any day, a million times! They also offered trade in over the phone with pictures and videos, while continuing to keep their word in person, since we were driving so far. Which is rare. ❤️ More
