Maxwell was quick to try to sell me $850 of "needed service" on a 25 month old 2021 F150 with 22.5k miles on it. But they kept it for more than 24 hours for a warranty battery replacement. Salesman did not honor what he said. I bought a car from Maxwell ford that only came with one key. The salesman promise that he will get me another key made at the dealers expense. I never got the key after numerous attempts over several weeks. The salesman never returned my calls or message. I even left a message with the sale manager that never reached out to me about my situation. This will cost me several hundred dollars to get another key. I would not have purchased this vehicle from them if I knew that this would happen. I do not recommend this dealership. More
