I checked my did stick when my truck died and oil light came on with wrench light. I didn’t see any oil on it and I called dealership. They did send tow truck. I wished I’d taken pictures of dipstick. I really think they forgot to add oil and time of changing it. I’ve seen it happen before.
So far so good.
The service intake manager has been stellar. I have never met the mechanic(s) who perform the actual work, plus I have never had to take my car back

Just wow. I had such a wonderful car buying experience TWICE at Maxwell Ford. So imagine my dismay when I had one of the worst selling experiences. For a car manufacturer about to take on a 25% tax for the EV I'm trying to sell (yeah, they're EVs are not made stateside), you'd think they'd be willing to match the bottom trade-in price suggested by KBB. No! They low balled the offer by 3,000 dollars! I'm aware I'm trying to break a lease but I'm moving to a location that requires an AWD car to get up my own driveway! I know I'm going to have to pay to get out of my lease but what they want me to pay is highway robbery! I'm no longer a Maxwell customer, maybe Covert Ford can help me out?
