Con artists upholding the reputation that car service organizations will rip their customers off. Took my truck in for what should have been a quick and easy fix to a plastic piece that fell off the bott organizations will rip their customers off. Took my truck in for what should have been a quick and easy fix to a plastic piece that fell off the bottom of the truck and the front grill replaced. I didn’t get in any accidents or have any impact to the vehicle so I have no idea what would’ve caused these parts to fall off. I was quoted over $2000 to replace these parts by group one Ford. I took the exact fixes including parts and labor to three other repair places in the Austin area. Every one of them came back with a quote under $1200. My vehicle is on an expiring lease in November and I was planning to get another Ford. However, after this experience, there’s no chance I would ever do business with this company again. More
