We truly valve your business and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. After reviewing your recent visit in detail, looks like we performed an entire long block replacement under Ford warranty. This process does take some time getting Ford to approve the claim after submitting all information and pictures, then waiting for parts to arriving after approval is received. When it comes to your rental charges, it looks like Hertz charged you $250.00 because the rental needed to be detailed after you had a dog in the vehicle. Unfortunately we do not have influence when it comes to Hertz and their billing. We understand this outcome may be disappointing, and we apologize for any frustration it may have caused. I bought a used Bronco which the process stared out very
good, great price helpful sales person to start. There was an issue with the vehicle being dusty when we looked at it, but no obvious scratches. We s

From the point on and still ongoing the process was not good. We sat around waiting to sign finance papers for the be 2 hours and finally got back and that process went well. We then were finally able to get the vehicle and it was clean and that’s when we noticed all the clear coat swirl marks and a poor job with detailing just to remove water marks. At this point we had been at the dealership for 6 hours and it was late. I noticed on my way home that I was only given on key fab. I assumed this was an oversight since it was late. I called on the next business day and was informed at that point that there was no other key. This was never mentioned during the sales process and I feel this is something that needs to be remedied by the dealer ship since you sold me the car without informing of the loss. I have reached out multiple times now and I am not able to get a response from my sales person or the manager. Which in my mind is just a poor way to run a business. I was waiting to write this review hoping for a better outcome but continued silence from dealership.

Josh, I could not look up your specific information in our system, but thank you for your business. I am unaware about the unusual longer wait time that you experienced however during peak hours and on Saturday’s (and with different credit scenarios) there can be longer wait times. This is why we highly recommend appointment times. As for the keys, we happily give all the keys that a vehicle was traded in with, whether it was one or five you get them all. Also if a customer does request a second key we are able to provide them with a discount on them through our mobile key vendor. If we can be of help in the future please let us know.
